Kristy Archuleta is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a masters degree from Kansas State University. She has earned her PhD in marriage and family therapy at K-State and teaches in the Personal Financial Planning program in the College of Human Ecology. She specializes in working with couples with issues surrounding money and finances. Dr. Archuleta also provides human systems consulting services to government and businesses.
Dr. Archuleta describes her practice by saying, “I work with individuals, couples and families by providing a safe place where all clients' voices are heard and new meaning can be created. I believe clients should be cared about, accepted, respected and supported throughout the therapuetic process.
"Although I work with a broad clientele, I specialize in working with couples and families experiencing financial stress and farm and rural populations. In addition, I enjoy working with adolescents.
"I utilize a client-directed approach, in which clients set therapeutic goals and we collaborate to develop a plan that promotes client growth. Clients often experience similar problems, but may be affected or learn to manage the problem differently. Therefore, I use therapuetic techniques that best fit the client.”

Fees
Psychotherapy services are provided by Kristy Archuleta at $105 per regular therapy hour. Andrews & Associates accepts the fee schedule contracted by Medicaid for services paid by that payer. That could affect the fee you pay.
